So I took this for a test run on my cat and there’s a definite plus to having this helmet. The collar part is adjustable so it will fit a wide range of felines. They have plenty of room to move their head and lots of air openings to breathe. My cat did not seem at all comfortable in it and the biggest difference between this and a standard cone is that they can still manage to eat when they’re wearing a cone. I don’t know that that’s possible in this case. If your cat has surgery or you’re trying to keep it from biting itself, this is a very useful tool.
