Got this for my 3.5 gallon tank. This is a 1 watt pump. It is much smaller and more quiet than my Whisper 10 pump and doesn’t take up room on the counter. It only makes a small hum especially when paired with a fine mist bubbler. Makes the whole tank more quiet.I used the suction cup to stick it on the side of my tank. Also comes with a clip to hang on the tank. Been in use 4-5 days, we’ll see how it does long term. Good pump, so far, for the money. Would reccommend for any small tank or betta tank.

The media could not be loaded.I was going to give it a lower rating, because there really isn’t anything special about it. BUT, I decided on the rating I gave because it does do what it says it does. It’s quiet, comes with several add-ons, and gives out just enough bubbles to power the ball stone that could med with it. Given my same circumstances I’d buy it again.,

The quietest air pump I’ve ever owned! I have it about 2 feet from my bed and I don’t notice it at all, if anything all I hear are bubbles.An important part though to keep it completely silent is to keep the pump hanging or put little felt feet on the bottom so it doesn’t vibrate against anything.The most I’ve had it hooked up to are 4 x 1 inch air stones (the regular grey ones). I think for high output I’d stick to 3 of them. I switched to limewood airstones recently and it easily powers 2 x 2 inch stones with tiny bubbles.It’s been running constantly for about 4 months and if I need another air pump I wouldn’t hesitate to get another one of these.
